Refund and Cancellation

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make from us. However, because our products are custom-made to order specifically for each customer, we are generally unable to accept returns or provide refunds.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order placed with us, please contact us immediately at enquiry@kppl.in and +918956929161. If we have not yet begun production or shipment of your order, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request. However, orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.

Product Replacements

We stand behind the quality of the products we produce. In the rare event there is an issue with the manufacturing or print quality of your order, please contact us right away providing photos and a detailed explanation of the problem.

We will review replacement requests on a case-by-case basis and may determine, at our sole discretion, to provide a one-time replacement of the defective or damaged products without additional charge. Replacement products carry the same terms and lack of refundability as the original purchase.

Shipping Errors

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order from us, please notify us within 3 calendar days and provide photos detailing the issue. We will determine the best resolution on a case-by-case basis, which may involve resending or replacing portions of the order.

Returns

As our products are custom-made to order for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds or account credits even for defective or damaged products unless a replacement is deemed necessary.
