PP Hollow Sheet Extrusion

Polypropylene (PP), also known as polypropene, is a thermoplastic polymer used in a wide variety of applications. It is produced via chain growth polymerization from the monomer propylene.
Polypropylene belongs to the group of polyolefin and is partially crystalline and nonpolar.
Its properties are similar to polyethylene, but it is slightly harder and more heat resistant. It is a white, mechanically rugged material and has a high chemical resistance. Polypropylene is the second-most widely produced commodity
plastic (after polyethylene) and it is often used in packaging and labelling.

Types of PP Hollow Sheet with us

There is major three category we have as follows.
1. Thickness wise – We have minimum 02 mm & maximum 15 mm.
2. GSM wise – We have minimum 250 GSM & Up-to 5500 GSM.
3. Flute wise – As of now we have 2 types of Flute
a. Cross Flute.
b. Square Flute

Polypropylene bubble guard

PP Bubble guard is also similar like PP hollow sheet but is have two directional load bearing capacity due to its structure as shown in Pic.
Process of manufacturing PP Bubble guard is costly then PP Hollow sheet. We have to chose PP as per our Box design and there load distribution of the components.

PP Boxes collapsible / foldable type

PP Boxes – We have the facility to convert PP sheet to customized Boxes in different types of Design. That boxes are able to replace Corrugated Box and box have more strength compare to CG Box. In returnable system you can save your recurring investment by using box offered by us.

PP Separators collapsible / foldable type

PP Separators – We have latest and advance technology in our Fabrication Department.
We can provide fabricated products within a tolerance of 0.5 mm.

PP separators collapsible / foldable type
